Session VI: Panel Discussion: Is Future of Data, future of everything?
As our clients and the market moves towards advanced analytics/AI and deepen the digital transformation agenda, the key challenge they are facing is 1) Lack of clean and complete data and 2) Inability to integrate multiple systems to enrich the data and 3) Ineffective data quality maintenance on an ongoing basis
•             In addition to that, recent data security breaches and the regulatory acts like GDPR and CCPA have 1) Added additional layers of complexity with the usage of data and 2) Increased scrutiny on how companies use their data while meeting the increasing demands of customer experience
•             In essence, the future of digital transformation as a whole lies on how companies are able to solve for their data challenges. Differentiating factors will be - 1) Data itself – Acquiring incrementally value adding data 2) Integrating data sources – Ability to integrate external and internal data in a flexible & real time manner 3) Modern Data infrastructure like cloud to support the maintenance, security risk management and quality aspects on an ongoing and non-siloed basis.

Session IX: Panel Discussion: The New Experience Economy: From Business to Individuals (B2I)
Businesses are cognizant of the fact that customers today expect a far different experience (CX) than even just a few years ago. Experience being the most important differentiating factor for any business success today, companies need a holistic approach to connect its customers at every touchpoint and behind the scenes. This is the Experience Economy. Companies tend to get wrapped up in emerging technologies of the future. But in this, they completely ignore the current technologies important to the customers hence ignoring their customers. This session will have leaders discuss different trends/technologies which are affecting experience today and will affect in the future.
